Shipping & Returns Policy
1. Order Processing Time
At AnimeClassy, we take pride in the quality of our exclusive apparel. Because our items are carefully prepared and quality-checked before dispatch, please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to be processed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Delivery times vary depending on the destination:
- Standard Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days after processing.
- International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 10-20 business days after processing, depending on customs clearance in your country.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can use this number on our tracking page or the carrier's website to monitor your package's journey.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, AnimeClassy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please check with your local customs office for more information regarding potential fees.
5. Return & Exchange Policy
Because our apparel collections are exclusive and often produced upon your order confirmation to ensure premium quality, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or ordering the incorrect size.
We highly recommend reviewing our detailed Size Guide available on every product page before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We will gladly accept a return or issue a replacement if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or entirely different from what you ordered.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund due to a defect or error on our part:
- You must contact us at our support email within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Your request must include your order number and clear photographs showing the defect or the incorrect item.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
7. Refund Process
If your return is approved due to a defect or error, we will initiate a replacement order at no additional cost to you, or process a refund to your original method of payment, based on your preference.
Refunds may take a certain amount of time to process and post to your account, depending on your credit card issuer's or bank's policies (typically 3-7 business days).
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, while we assume responsibility for your package while it is in transit, we cannot be held liable for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are subsequently lost or stolen. Please ensure you provide a secure delivery location.
If your package is lost in transit before delivery, please contact our support team so we can investigate the issue with the carrier and assist you accordingly.
