Our commitment to quality and what happens if something isn’t right.
Because AnimeClassy products are made-to-order specifically for you (we don’t hold inventory), our return policy is a little different from standard retail stores. Please read the following carefully.
âś“ Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing error, we offer a 100% free replacement or full refund. You do not need to return the item to us.
How to claim:
- Take a clear photo of the issue (the print error or damage).
- Email us at support@animeclassy.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your Order Number and the photo.
We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
âś• Returns for Size or “Buyer’s Remorse”
Since every product is custom printed just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or if you simply change your mind. We cannot resell these items.
Lost in Transit
If your package is lost in transit and the tracking status is not “Delivered”, we will cover the cost of reprinting and shipping a replacement order to you.
However, if the tracking states “Delivered” but you cannot find it, we are not responsible for the package. Please check with your local post office or neighbors.
Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if applicable).
European Union Customers
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
- Goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.
- Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
Therefore, AnimeClassy reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
