Everything you need to know about how your designs get from our studio to your doorstep.
At AnimeClassy, we use a Print-on-Demand model. This means every item you order is custom-made just for you as soon as you place your order. Because of this, our delivery process has two parts: Production and Shipping.
Order Placed
We receive your order and your design file is sent to our printers.
Production Phase
Your item is printed, quality checked, and packed. (Processing Time)
Order Shipped
Your package leaves our facility. You receive a tracking email. (Shipping Time)
Estimated Shipping Times
Once production is complete, here is how long shipping usually takes:

Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships. Please note that it can sometimes take 24-48 hours for the tracking link to update after you receive the email.
Customs & Duties
For international orders (outside the USA/EU), your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You are responsible for paying these fees if they are required by your country’s customs department. AnimeClassy has no control over these charges.
Lost Packages
If your tracking says “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please verify your shipping address and check with neighbors. If the package is lost in transit by the carrier, please contact us immediately so we can issue a replacement.
